Information we process
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. If you add a company name, we receive that too. Please do not include confidential technical information in the public form.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, browser type, request time and basic server logs.
Why we use the information
- To assess and respond to your inquiry.
- To evaluate a potential project, partnership or business relationship.
- To operate, secure and maintain the website and contact form.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and protect legal rights.
The legal basis depends on the inquiry. It may be our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries, steps taken at your request before a possible agreement, or a legal obligation.
Name, email and message are required so that we can understand and answer the inquiry. Company name is optional.
Service providers and international transfers
We use service providers to run the website and receive inquiries. Netlify provides website hosting and form processing. We also use providers for email. The website uses system fonts and does not retrieve third-party font files when a page loads.
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, those transfers are covered by recognised legal safeguards, such as an adequacy decision, an applicable transfer framework or standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the contact form.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information only for as long as we need it to reply, consider or manage a potential relationship, retain relevant correspondence and meet legal obligations. We review and delete older inquiries when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy in relevant circumstances. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
The contact form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not currently use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. After a contact request is sent, the site stores only the submission time in your browser for up to 30 days. This lets the form show a discreet confirmation and helps prevent accidental duplicate submissions. The homepage also uses temporary session storage so the introductory loading animation is not repeated on every reload in the same browser tab. The form content itself is not stored in your browser.
Essential hosting and security functions may still process limited technical data needed to serve and protect the site.
Contact and policy updates
For a privacy question or data-protection request, email info@curatune.io. We may update this policy if the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will remain on this page.
